HOW DO I ATTRACT MY DREAM LIFE?

EVER RATED VARIOUS FACETS OF YOUR LIFE ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10? DIVE INTO THIS WEEK'S INTROSPECTIVE JOURNEY AS I SHARE MY TRANSFORMATIVE SESSION WITH MICHAEL SERA, LONDON'S NO-NONSENSE PERSONAL COACH. LEARN ABOUT A SOUL-SEARCHING SESSION THAT CHALLENGED EVERY ASPECT OF EXISTENCE, FROM LOVE, AND SPIRITUALITY, TO WORK, AND UNEARTHED THE CRUCIAL ROLE OF PERSONAL FULFILLMENT AND ITS POWERFUL IMPACT ON EVERY CORNER OF OUR LIVES.

There are moments in life that act like mirrors, forcing us to take an unfiltered look at ourselves. One such encounter for me was with Michael Sera, the no-nonsense personal coach from London.

In my 20s, I decided to book an introductory session with him, eager to gain clarity. But I was unprepared for how brutally honest it would force me to be with myself.

He asked me to rate, on a scale of 1 to 10, various facets of my life: fitness, finance, work, love life, etc. As the numbers tumbled out, I realised I hadn't given any aspect of my life more than a 5.

As I drew circles around each number, a pang of reality hit me. My mediocre ratings resonated with the lack of fulfillment that echoed through the empty corridors of my life. I had been single for a fair few years, lost in the maze of a corporate job I didn't care for while coaching on the sidelines without much success in either avenue.

I approached Michael hoping for answers, figuring he'd provide a roadmap to success in love and work. But, as we went through the session, a revelation struck. The primary thing holding me back wasn’t external; it was an internal conflict. Before attracting potential partners or clients, I had to understand and better myself.

Michael's session was a turning point. It made me realise that until we reach a place where we are content and secure with our lives and ourselves, drawing in the right kind of energy—whether in love or work—remains a challenge. Only by resonating happiness and fulfillment can we truly be magnetic to others.

Why is this realisation so crucial? Because personal happiness isn’t just a catchphrase; it's a foundation. When we're unfulfilled, it's evident in the energy we emit, the decisions we make, and the relationships we engage in. And inversely, when we're thriving personally, the ripples of that radiate outward, touching every aspect of our lives.

So, as this weekend comes to an end, ask yourself: On a scale of 1-10, how happy and fulfilled are you in each area of your life?

And if you don't resonate with a perfect ten, delve into the 'why' and consider the steps that might help you get closer to where you want to be.

Until next week!
